The Greenhouse At Morgan Lane

We are a multi-generation family farm, with gorgeous mountain views, convenient to most of East Tennessee. We organically-raise culinary herbs year round, and vegetable plants seasonally. Our particular focus is on Heirloom varieties. We grow over 30 varieties of Tomato plants, 70 varieties of Peppers, both Sweet and Hot, of many types; and 15 varieties of Basil. We sell mostly plants, that we have raised from seeds on the farm; but also some produce. We also sell berry plants, especially Blueberries. We believe in Buy Local, Sustainable, Real Food; and have supported the ideals of Slow Food prior to there being a movement. We give farm tours, and have several special events on the farm. There is a small antique shop on the property. We are open year-round, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm, or by request. Sleipnir Morgan Horse Farm is also part of the property. We have the largest herd in the SouthEast of these historically important, wonderful horses. Our family has bred versatile, people-friendly Morgan Horses for over thirty years.
