The Shinault is a working "Home Steading Lodge" we strive for "Simplicity at its Best". We are currently producing seasonal vegetables, fruits, and eggs. We specialize in making our harvest into gourmet relishes, chutneys, sauces, and baked goods. We have added to our market this year fresh and dried herbs, country crafts, and "make your own gift baskets" with our products. All products are based on crops that are in season locally.
