Ideally located on a flood plain of the Trinity River, Willow Creek Farms is capable of producing organic vegetables 10 months of the year. Summer harvest for Farmer's Market include tomatoes, corn, melons, bell peppers, and other seasonal crops. Fall and winter harvest of cabbages, root crops, and Brussels sprouts is shipped out to wholesale markets. Many of our crops are heirloom varieties. We are dedicated to organic farming practices and strive to provide quality produce to local and regional markets.

Schedule and Location:
Late summer brings the start of wholesale season for us with parsnips, turnips, rutabagas, and winter squash. As we move towards fall we add cabbages, brussels sprouts, bok choi, and daikon to the list.

Upcoming Events

Spring is coming early and we have been enjoying the sunny days. So have the new crop of carrots and lettuce. We are looking forward to a great start to the season.
