Geezer Farm has been in existence since 2011. Each year we have grown and learned as we raise the healthiest vegetables with the least impact on the planet. We garden using compost, compost tea, fish emulsion and cover crop. To fight insect pests we use row cover and plant beneficial habitat to attract predatory bugs.
Buying a CSA share ensures you the freshest produce grown without toxic fertilizers and pesticides to ensure your family eats delicious and nutritious vegetables this year. You'll get your favorite vegetables and get to try some that may be new to you.
The 2020 CSA will begin the week of May 3 and run through September 13 for a total of 20 weekly pickups.
There are two sizes available:
Large is $512.18 (includes state sales tax). This size will have 8-10 items each week.
Small is $307.43 (includes tax). This size will have 4-6 items each week.
A deposit of $200 is due at signup, with the remainder due in any increment that is good for you by May 1.
Pickups will be at Geezer Farm either Tuesday or Friday afternoon.
You can also choose to pickup Wednesday at Newtown Baking & Kitchen from 4-6 pm.
