Yacolt Mountain Farm and Nursery LLC is a diversified small scale farm which was started in 2011 by our, Caroline and Daniel Swansey, small and growing family.

Both of us have been working toward a dream of owning and operating a small organically managed farm for many years and our dream is finally becoming a reality. We find a lot of purpose in growing healthy wholesome food free of pesticides for our community.

Our goal is to provide a diversity of products including plant starts, vegetables, and eggs to the community. We believe in organic and sustainable practices and we encourage our customers to know us directly and see for yourselves how our farm uses ecological methods without the use of pesticides or GMO's of any kind.

We have been farming in Yacolt since 2011, cultivating about 2.5 acres of vegetables and tending to a maturing orchard. We start our plants from seed in our greenhouse, and purchase certified organic seeds. Our CSA program is our main focus, where we provide members with weekly boxes of vegetables. We aim to grow a large diversity of vegetables such that the boxes are filled with many different types of produce.

Feel free to check out our website, where we have directions to the farm and where you can find out more information about our CSA and which markets we are participating in during the growing season.

Thanks!
