Holly Brook Farm is nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley between Winchester and Leesburg, Virginia. Our family works hard to raise cattle the old fashioned way. We use no antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones, or other chemicals.
We are a small family farm that raises pure-bred Limousin beef cattle. Limousin meat is known for being lean, tender and moist. We are currently transitioning to certified organic, grass fed, grass finished beef and we sell directly to the public.
