Hilltop Pastures Organic Farm

Here at Hilltop we wish to provide you and your family with fresh, local, organic produce and free run eggs. We are focused on offering a healthy alternative to pesticides, genetically modified food and crowded supermarkets. Didi and Willi Curry arrived in 1994 with the idea of starting a B+B, and started exploring the world of veggie growing and slowly but surely the veggies took over from the B+B. By that time they were providing locals with CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) weekly baskets. After doing CSA for 6 years (2000 - 2005), and being certified organic, they then decided to join the Quinte Organic Farmers Co Op. Over the years they had a lot of assistance from a number of wonderful Interns and an array of WWOOFers (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms). Now its 2014 and Lana, a former intern, and her partner Brandice are living on Hilltop and continuing a second year of a harvest box delivery service for the Quinte area.
