As we have come to understand how nutritionally deficient, chemically full, & genetically modified the mainstream food supply has become, our family is grateful to provide our local community with meats, vegetables, and honey that are sustainably grown using organic & holistic methods as stewards of Creation. Unlike conventional farming, we are building up our soil by using rich organic material in our gardens, rotational & successional plantings, row covers, & more to keep bug & disease at a minimum and so produce quality food you can eat with confidence. Our animals move rotationally across chemical free pasture where they forage in the sun on a rich salad bar of local grasses, clover, & flowers. Our Beef & Lamb is 100% Grass Fed & Finished. Our Pasture Raised Chickens, Turkeys, Egg layerss, & Pigs are supplemented with a Non-GMO Project Verified Grain. We also have an Organic Fed, Certified Naturally Grown line of Chicken. The result is flavorful meat & eggs free from antibioitics and growth hormones. Our passion is to create an environment that builds up the soil, the pasture, and the animal genetics so that future generations will continue to eat wholesome food from nutrient rich pasture and soil.
