Neal's Berry Farm and Farmer's Market is located in Waller, Texas, in far northwest Harris County, in the greater-Houston area. A typical season runs from early-May til early-August. We offer Pick-Your-Own thornless blackberries, figs, vegetables and zinnias, and our on-site Farmer's Market offers home-grown pre-picked produce for sale. (Note: Some produce is only offered as pre-picked and NOT available for public to pick.) We are family owned and operated, and use sustainable farming methods to bring you some of the freshest homegrown produce available. Blackberries are our main crop, with five different varieties creating a staggered harvest to prolong the picking season. We have THREE MILES of thornless blackberries on trellis fencing, with mowed grassy pathways between the rows for the easiest picking ever from a "wall of berries." We also have several hundred fig trees of several varieties, again offering a prolonged picking season. Peaches are another main crop, but are not available for U-Pick The farmer picks the peaches at just the right time for optimum flavor, and they are sold in our market. The farm will be open on days there is something to pick, and closed the rest of the time, so call or check the website before you come for the most current open hours and times.
