OXFORD FARMERS MARKET DOWN TOWN is your producers-only market where you'll find FRESH and LOCAL fruits, vegetables, luscious baked goods and whole-grain products alongside farm raised eggs, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, goat cheese, handmade soaps plus more. Looking for a place to sell your farm-raised products? If you GROW-IT, MAKE-IT, or BAKE-IT and want to sell directly to the public, Oxford Farmers Market- Down Town is the place for you! A vibrant and growing market waits for you. Oxford Farmers' Market provides a quick link between consumers and vendors while also functioning as a vibrant community center. Consumer trends are showing an ever-increasing demand for fresh, healthy, locally grown food. Oxford Farmers' Market allows you to interact with customers, educating them about your farm and how the food is grown. You get a chance to pitch your product to the customer. Since most farmers don't use the Oxford Farmers' Market as their only outlet, it also becomes an opportunity to promote other aspects of your business, such as community supported, roadside stands, pick- your-own, deliveries to local restaurants, agri-tourism, etc. Season Membership is $20.00 and a $4.oo fee each week. A single week for a non-member is $7.00. A signed agreement to abide by the rules and regulations is necessary for any vendor setting up for the season or one time. Farmers' Markets packets for rules and memberships will be placed at the Oxford City Office.
