Our high quality soils promote our production of high quality produce. We practice sustainable agriculture which includes management for biodiversity. We are essentially pesticide free. We grow our own plants from seed for both our high tunnel and the produce plots. Many of our selections are heirloom varieties. We grow Mediterranean vegetables, such as chicory, Tuscan kale, and cardoon, as well as herbs for cutting, herb plants for sale, fruits, cut flowers, and designer evergreens for the winter holidays.
