The Rolla Downtown Farmers Market is held every Saturday morning, early May through October in the Rolla Downtown Festival Lots.
There's lots of vendor space, plenty of parking, restrooms, signage and event marketing. Musicians are invited to come down, bring a bag chair and play music for fun! Not-for-profit groups will provide concessions.
Phelps County residents may reserve a booth space for one Saturday or every Saturday - FREE of charge. Vendors residing outside of Phelps County will be charged a $25 fee for the season. All vendors must register. No resale of retail items or flea market items allowed!

I have enjoyed this area for years and the farmers market has been enjoyable in the past. I think they are having a slow start with this unseasonable weather but worth the wait! There are also some great shops in this area.
