Little River Produce

We are a family farm located in the Pisgah Covered Bridge Community South of Asheboro in Randolph County, NC. I was raised on a family farm that started in the Registered Hereford cattle business in 1946. My wife, children and I have been directly involved with the Hereford cattle since 1967. We raise Hereford cattle that are naturally pasture raised. Our Hereford steers are grain-fed on pasture to produce all-natural beef without artificial products or animal-by-products. We have our beef packaged as follows: ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew and ribs. We have added grass-fed beef and it is packaged as follows: ground beef, roasts - (sirloin tip and rump), as well as, steaks. Our beef can be purchased at the farm or Piedmont Triad Farmers Market on Sandy Ridge Road, exit # 208, I-40 west of Greensboro, NC. in Space # 78. In addition to our beef, we grow and sell farm fresh produce at the farm, as well as, at the farmers market. Our produce is mostly conventionally grown. We are making the transition to natural grown produce on some of our crops. You are welcome to come to the farm for a farm tour and see what we are doing.
