Farming the Old-Fashioned Way We offer our communities a direct connection to the sun, soil and waters of western Wyoming through healthy foods raised, harvested and prepared with awareness of the long-term productive needs of both people and the planet. We value the heritage skills of our draft animals who harness solar energy for the farm, and we invest plenty of manual labor ourselves. We form an interconnected community with our customers and fellow farmers and artisans, re-creating honorable ways of living in partnership with a dynamically balanced world. You can best find us at the Star Valley Farmers Market--join us in Alpine on Thursday evenings from July through September. We also make forays up to the Jackson Hole Farmers Market a few Saturdays during the season.
