The Garden of Folsom

The Garden in Folsom, LA is a locally owned, pesticide free farm located just north of Covington, LA. At The Garden, a vast variety of vegetables are grown such as zucchini, squash, lettuce, beets, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, green beans, and much, much more. Of course, what's offered depends on what's in season. The Garden also offers farm-fresh eggs from cage-free hens. Our hens are fed a strict diet rich in nutrients and completely devoid of any hormones. Spring is coming and it's time to sign up for the Spring/summer CSA program. This winter has been very hard but we're expecting a good crop for the spring and summer. This year there is more land in production, as well as more equipment that will allow considerably more growth than in the past. This CSA session will run from April 17 to August 14 for a total of 18 weeks. The pickup location will be the Covington Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8am - 12pm.
