Certified organic farm selling our farm grown produce and featuring local vendors and producers. Hosting pop-up farmers market and seasonal events. Education gardens and events held throughout the year. Crossroads Farm is a not-for profit farm and education center operated by Nassau Land Trust. The original farm was owned by the Grossmann Family for generations and now has been operating as Crossroads Farm since 2011.
