Wild Irish Eco-Farm

We plant a large garden to sell at a local farmers' market. Most of our vegetables are heirloom breeds, open pollinated and not treated or genetically modified. We also grow herbs like basil and fruits such as berries and melons. Nothing stronger than pyrethrins is used on these crops. The soil gets manure and little else is added. We are interested in selling directly to consumers in our area, as well as to restaurants and other local buyers. We hope to begin a subscription CSA venture in the near future.
