Micro Asian Mix - Daikon radish, arugula, cress. A beautiful and delicious combination of diversely spicy little Brassica plants!
Micro White Mountain Mix - Sunflower and pea shoots ? an nutty, earthy taste combined with the sweeter tone of pea shoots.
Micro Rainbow Mix - Tatsoi, Purple Kohlrabi, Red Russian Kale, Red Cabbage, Turnip, Alfalfa, Arugula, Cress, Red Giant Mustard, Red Oak and Green Romaine Lettuce, Mizuna, Pink and Purple Orach - a peppery and earthy taste which adds subtle and strong tones to salads, sandwiches and meat garnishes.
