Located on 65 scenic acres in the Hudson Valley of New York State, Phillies Bridge Farm Project is a non-profit, working farm that connects people to their food and the land by running education programs, growing food for the community, and sharing part of the harvest with people in need. Phillies Bridge Farm Project grows mixed vegetables on approximately 6 acres using methods that comply with the organic standards. Most of their produce is marketed through their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. CSA shareholders receive an abundant weekly assortment of vegetables, herbs, and flowers for six months from late May or early June through mid-to-late-November. Pick-up is at the farm just outside New Paltz on either Tuesday afternoon or Saturday morning. Phillies Bridge Farm Project runs a variety of programs including community events, field trips, summer camp, preschool programs, homeschooler programs, summer Pizza & Movie Nights, educational birthday parties, apprenticeships and internships for aspiring farmers and farm-based educators, and programs to share the harvest and farm experience with people in need.
