Mill Road Farms, located in Sheffield, IL, is a family run farm headed by Executive Chef Dan Marquis, along with his brother Tim Marquis. The farms organically grown produce is providing sustainable products for not only Chef Marquis, but also many other Chicago chefs to use in their menus as well. Everyone working here believes in the fact that eating locally lends towards a healthier lifestyle, and we strive to pass that on to our customers.
