Muddy Fork Farm

Muddy Fork farm is a certified organic family farm that grows produce for local markets. We sell at the North Union Farmer's Market in Shaker Square, Cleveland, the Medina Square Farmer's Market and at Local Roots Market and Cafe in Wooster, OH. We also have a CSA that delivers to the Wooster area and the Cleveland and Medina Farmer's Markets by arrangement. We also provide produce to fine Cleveland and Wooster area restaurants. We specialize in certified organic produce of high quality and variety. Our spring crops include asparagus, rhubarb, and our own unique salad mixes. In the late summer we have over 20 varieties of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, melons. squashes, beans, beets, carrots and berries . Our fall crops include raspberries, pumpkins, potatoes, onions, shallots, salad mixes and sweet potatoes. Muddy Fork farm is host to the Landscape Plated dinners from Spice of Life. Farm tours and visits are by appointment. Our labor force is mostly from the family, but we do hire local people during the summer and one intern for the growing season. We work for food and our daily ritual includes a freshly made lunch made from the produce we grow.
