Valley House Farms produces seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits. While not a certified organic farm, we do believe in and use organic farming practices with our produce.
Our focus is on quality, and freshness. We pick produce every day. We are always trying different varieties of veggies, and especially like to try heirloom and heritage breeds of vegetables.

Mid August: We are swimming in pickling and slicing Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, and Yellow Squash. We have a steady supply of slicing tomatoes and Zucchini, Green Peppers and Hot Hungarian Peppers. We still have Snow Peas and Beans.
Look for gads of Pumpkins (Baking, Carving, and White varieties) , Hubbard Squash, Gourds, and Delico Squash starting in September. We will have Horseradish in the Fall.
We will cut on request: Basil, Chives, Sage, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, and Parsley.
