Full Plate Farm is located on a gentle slope among oaks and firs in Ridgefield, Washington, 18 miles North of Portland. We are happy to grow food for the winter season, so you can continue to eat local, nutritious food throughout the year. November through March share members receive freshly harvested vegetables to be picked up at drop sites around Portland and SW Washington. What will you find in the share? The staples of the Winter share are carrots, beets, kales, collards, chicories (endives, escaroles, radicchios), leeks, winter squash, garlic, and herbs. Mixed in throughout the season are potatoes, parsnips, turnips, parsley root, rutabagas, cabbages, brussels sprouts, popcorn and other great winter vegetables.
