Wicked Wahine Farm

We are a small fourteen acre diverse farm, family owned and operated. our present growing practices are pesticide, herbicide and gmo free. We plant organic seeds in our green house when we can, and buy organic plants when we are unable to grow by seed. We hand weed our fields. When we do need to treat for garden pests we do this by hand picking the little creatures, using diatomaceous earth and by spraying organic soap products. We also have farm fresh eggs not fed gmo's. They are semi free ranged as they don't have the run of the farm but do have a fenced ranged area. we have pastured red rock whole chickens that we process at mineral springs seasonally. Our feed is gmo free, our birds are also semi free ranged. We occasionally grow turkey that are also gmo free. This fall we are investing in a Guernsey cow that will be pastured most of the year and only offered grains when we need to milk her. The Guernsey has the highest butter fat content and we hope to offer milk and cream by the end of the year. We are presently building a large agriculture building to house our produce, chickens, turkeys, eggs and hopefully our dairy products.
