Our twelve acre organic farm along the Etowah river, 7 miles west of Dahlonega Georgia, is certified annually by the Georgia Crop Improvement Association to insure compliance with National Organic Association standards. Our farming record books are open for all to review on our web-site, worldclass.net/gardens. We offer a community-supported weekly produce share plan as well as filling your individual orders. We also try to offer monthly events that focus on the important interplay between the garden and the ecosystem along the Etowah river that borders the garden. On the second Saturday each month, we have a Garden Bugs club for people of all ages who want to get a taste of preparing the ground, planting, and harvesting in the morning hours. In the afternoon hours on the same day, we conduct a Georgia Adopt-a-stream biological (seasonal invertebrate sampling) and chemical (monthy pH and dissolved Oxygen) monitoring of the Etowah and a nearby tributary, the Mud Creek. On the third Saturday of every month we have garden harvest dinner at the house that combines Japanese and Appalachian menus.
