Forget-Me-Not Quail Farm is a small farm in Maine specializing in Coturnix quail. We raise healthy, productive birds for both eggs and meat, with a focus on strong genetics, good temperament, and unique color lines. We offer hatching eggs and day-old quail for local pickup, helping homesteaders and backyard keepers start or grow their own covey.
Our seasonal farmstand is open June through October and offers fresh quail eggs, chicken eggs, pickled quail eggs, seasonal produce, preserves, and farm-made crafts. During the off-season, fresh eating eggs (quail and chicken) and pickled quail eggs can be ordered through our website and picked up at the farm.
We believe quail are one of the most practical livestock for small spaces and backyard farms. Through our hatchery, farmstand, and educational resources, we enjoy helping others discover how approachable and rewarding raising quail can be.
