Monarch Farm

We are a small family farm on the western slope of beautiful Skaneateles Lake. We grow a wide variety of vegetables; tomatoes, squash, beets, carrots, onions, potatoes, green beans, leeks, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cucumbers, peppers, and garlic to name a few! But most of all, we're known for our signature salad mixes and diversity of braising greens. We are dedicated to restorative and sustainable agriculture. For the health of our soils we use cover crops, compost, organic fertilizers and crop rotation. We never consciously choose GMO or chemically treated seeds. Each year we grow more medicinal herbs to add to our offerings and for use in our line of herbal and natural skin care products. Our farm inspired creams, scrubs, body mists, massage oils, lip balms, facial kits and salves are perfect for those seeking truly natural body care products. CSA shares are available for the 2015 season! From June through October, share members receive 19 weeks worth of fresh vegetables. Please contact us for more information and to sign up. You can find us on Saturdays (7am to 1pm), year round at the Syracuse Regional Market (C shed) and seasonally at the Skaneateles Farmers' Market, Thursday's 3:30-6:30pm May through October.
