Heritage Harvest Farm
Heritage Harvest Farm grows a wide variety of chemical-free produce and offers farm-fresh, cage-free eggs. The produce grown on the farm is sold on-site, at the Mt. Vernon Farmers' Market and Powell Chamber of Commerce Farmers' Market Saturdays May to October. We have a fast-growing CSA program for our markets, so if you are interested, please contact us soon. We'll announce our Galion CSA pick-up location after March 15, 2014. We are NOT a co-op farm, nor purchse anything from an auction for resale.

Schedule and Location:
Our harvest cart is located on the farm by the driveway. It is usually filled for Sunday shoppers, but plants are left on the cart until they are sold out. Fragile produce, like lettuce and herbs, are picked upon ordering, so check Facebook for details.

This recipe uses walnuts instead of expensive pine nuts. It's a delicious alternative to authentic pesto and is a great way to preserve fresh basil for the winter.
