Emphasis on organic, heirloom and saved seed; the garden is a no-till, beyond organic, and highly sustainable small-scale operation. Big efforts go into producing the most nutrient-packed, healthy food available. Fresh and local and it tastes like it. Low volume, superior quality. Yum.
