Big fresh brown eggs from our free-ranging pastured chickens, all organic fruits, nuts and occasionally vegetables Knowledgeable local restaurateurs reserve our Parker County peaches and our giant (2-3') papershell pecans, which trees have just come into active production at ages 18 - 22. We grow some native nuts just for the sweet traditional taste. Last year we added free-range chickens, just a small flock of 32 (originally). This year we're adding honeybees, and we hope this year's crops will be better and healthier! The free-ranging chickens who lay our incredibly tasty, high-HDL eggs form a big, beautiful part of our integrated pest management program. They also help spread the manure and eat the weed seeds in our pasture, thus forming part of our pasture improvement plan!
