We are a UAS certified organic farm in Inwood, West Virginia, specializing in ecologically produced vegetables, small fruits, and flowers. In addition to a broad range of traditional produce, we grow specialty items (e.g. gourmet mesculin mix, heirloom tomatoes, and French filet beans) and offer a unique range of ethnic produce (e.g. habenero peppers, amaranth greens, and African eggplant), all organically grown. We sell our produce and flowers at farmer's markets and ethnic outlets in the D.C. metro area and have a 60 member CSA program that provides fresh food to subscribers in WV (Martinsburg, and Shepherdstown ). Our farm features a 12-week Sustainable Agriculture Internship Program, through which students earn college credit for learning principles of organic farming while residing onsite in historic Redbud Hollow, a log cabin listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Though both teaching and producing food in concert with nature, we aim to encourage sustainability while saving family farms for future generations.
