The Medina Farm uses biodynamic principles to support herb, vegetable, orchard, berry and livestock production on a 4 acre homestead in Wharton. The Medina Farm also raises and sells pastured poultry--nonGMO, soy free, antibiotic free, hormone free - just chicken. Chickens are packaged whole and average 5-6 lbs each. Farm products are available at Provisions Bistro & Market in downtown Wharton Mon-Saturday 10-6.
