Clatter Valley Farm

Welcome to Clatter Valley Farm located in New Milford, Connecticut. We are a family owned farm with over twenty years experience in local, farm-fresh vegetable production. We are primarily a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm with annual memberships available. Planting begins in April and continues throughout summer, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh high-quality vegetables. Clatter Valley Farm also raises their own beef and chicken. Farm fresh eggs are available to members and at our local Farmer's Market. We raise over 15 acres of fruits and vegetables and to assure freshest quality, we pick daily and never refrigerate. Weeds are cultivated manually and we use manure from our own compost for fertilizer. During summer months we harvest about fifty acres of hay which we sell to local farms. We are currently working on our Bay State Organic certification. We offer a large selection of your favorites including our own mouth-watering, sweet corn and conventional and heirloom tomatoes. Besides joining our CSA, you can also visit us at your local Farmer's Market in Danbury CT which is open Fridays mid-June through mid-October. Additionally our produce has been available in various restaurants throughout Litchfield and Fairfield counties. Currently Accepting Applications For 2011 CSA Membership
