Depending on what is being harvested throughout the season your box will always include greens and roots and herbs.

We grow non-gmo heirloom vegetables, without pesticides, in organic compost, using no and low-til methods. We grow: Greens such as Arugula, Spring Mix, Russian Kale, Blue and Tuscany Kale, Green Spinach, Red Spinach, Red and Yellow Swiss Chard; we grow roots such as: Hakurei Turnips, Radish Varieties, White Onions, Red Onions, Yellow Onions, Red Beets, Golden Beets, Rainbow Beets, Carrots and other items such as: Royal Burgundy Beans, Heirloom Roma and Brandywine Tomatoes, garlic, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and squashes as wel as Herbs such as Chives, Cilantro, Parsley, Sage, and Basil.?

Tsedah Farms offers non-gmo and heirloom vegetables delivered in share boxes of multiple sizes and number of weeks as well as multiple pick-up locations.
