Wise Acre Produce

Wise Acre Produce is Marc and Heidi Ochtrup- DeKeyrel and our four kids Toby(19), Ari(17), Audrey(11) and Frank(9). Ten years ago we moved just north of Harmony, MN. to a 45 acre farm to pursue our small-farming dreams. Since then, we've earned degrees (Heidi R.N.), lost hair (Marc), grown up too fast (kids) and had innumerable farming adventures. In 2009 we took the big plunge and returned to the world of CSA and production vegetable gardening. Although we are not certified organic we use no chemical herbicides or pesticides on our farm. We raise our animals outside, in fresh air and on fresh grass. We try and do things simply but well. If you become a Wise Acre CSA member we hope you will appreciate putting a face behind the food you eat. Eating local and buying direct is the way to do that. It gives you a sense of control over what you eat in a way that is rare these days. Our goal for Wise Acre is to provide fresh, local and wholesome food to our members at an honest price.
