We Arose is a network of local producers and consumers elevating urban farming cooperation by building community and increasing access to local and affordable healthy food options.

We Arose's local food outreach program focused on increasing access to nutritious, affordable, and locally grown food in underserved neighborhoods in Waterloo and surrounding areas. The program provides an opportunity for beginning growers to ease their way into marketing and selling their products and provides more experienced farmers a chance to diversify their distribution channels. Weekly outreach consists of mobile produce markets, home delivery, wholesale, and convenient online ordering and pickup options.
