Cedar Grove is a "Teaching Garden" designed to demonstrate the benefits of bio-dynamic Kitchen Gardening, as well as provide vegetables, eggs, meat, and herbs to participating households. We serve as a source of heritage and open pollinated seed to local gardeners. We teach wildgathering of herbs and food plants in the Great Smoky Mountains along with primitive survival and disaster preparedness. We hold seasonal workshops and do demonstration projects at events.
