In 2011, as we go through a period of transition, Mike & Clare's Farm will offer a 10 week CSA from mid-August to mid-October. The 5/9 bushel box will contain a diverse mix of 7 - 8 vegetables each week. CSA members will receive a weekly newsletter with farm updates and recipes to go along with their box. Our box works well for 2 adults who cook 4 -5 times a week and enjoy the challenge of occasionally working with vegetables like fennel, beets, and frisee.
