A passion for providing great food to markets , coops- stores and restaurants and a unique model of a CSA, enables me to grow mixed veggies, strawberries and blueberries on our beautiful farm in the NE. Kingdom of Vermont. For the summer of 2013, I'm looking for three interns to work together and learn from each other and experience the challenges of growing in Walden where one never knows if the frost on July 1st is the first or last frost of the year!

I am looking for three interns for the growing season. Mid April through October. Work day is 8-5 M-F and most Saturdays. Work involves starting seedlings, transplanting, weeding, harvesting Greenhouse production of tomatoes and season extension of greens as well. And of course swimming, eating and having a good time on the farm and in the Kingdom. Stipend $175/$200 a week depending on experience, and an old farm house to live in with beautiful sunrises and sunsets across from our pond.
