J.R. Organics began over 50 years ago with Joe Rodriguez, Sr. on the beautiful rolling hills of Valley Center. The farm was certified organic by CCOF in 1986. We use some of the best organic growing techniques available, including crop rotation, green manures, beneficial insects, composting and mulching. The fertilizers include rock phosphate, green sand, worm castings, kelp, minerals, etc. You are assured that the produce you receive from J.R. Organics is richer in vitamins and minerals than you could obtain anywhere else.
