Featherstone Farm

We're located in the spectacular Bluff Country of southeastern Minnesota, between Winona and Lanesboro. We grow our crops on 140 acres of rich farmland located in a variety of microclimates where they attain peak quality. We've been Certified Organic (MOSA) since our first season in 1997 and we deliver our CSA shares to over 25 drop-sites throughout the Twin Cities, Rochester, Winona and La Crosse.

When you join our farm, you're asked to rank each vegetable we grow on a scale from 1 to 5, with a "1" being you never want to see it in your box, and a "5" being you love it and want it as much as possible. Each week, based on those preferences and what is available, we create the perfect box just for you. You get to see your box contents in advance and further customize them by swapping out certain items for others, depending on what you're in the mood for that week! Member choice brings greater satisfaction, more value and less waste!

We love building connections with our members and so our CSA offers such things as weekly e-newsletters, which include a note from one of our farmers and a crop list with storage tips and recipes. You can also follow us via daily updates on our social media including our blog, Instagram and Facebook feed. Finally, save the date for our annual CSA Strawberry Social (u-pick) at the farm, which is annual planned for the 3rd Saturday in June. Of course, members are also invited to visit throughout the season with their family by advance call!
