The Downtown Pittsfield Farmers Market is a producer-only market, providing a venue for local farmers, food producers, and artisans to come together and bring fresh, locally-grown and produced food and related products to the community. The market encourages direct communication between consumers and producers, fosters community building, and promotes healthy living.
The market is a community gathering place with live music, demos, workshops and family-friendly activities.
Shoppers will find fresh fruits, vegetables, pasture-raised meats, eggs, cheese, breads, baked goods, flowers, plants, coffee, wine, artisan wares and more. SNAP is accepted.
Our outdoor market runs every Saturday from 9am to 1pm, May through October on The Common (First and Fenn St). We move inside to The Boys and Girls Club (16 Melville St) each second Saturday, 9am to 1-pm, from November through April.
