Mid-Valley Organics, Inc. is a five-acre working farm with over 20 varieties of fruits and vegetables. Mid-Valley Organics, Inc. is based on conserving natural resources, limiting the carbon footprint, and growing and eating locally produced and prepared foods.
The vision of the CSA project here at Mid-Valley Organics, Inc. is to:
Establish a partnership between the community and organic growers
Demonstrate a model of sound economics for small-scale farming and regional food systems
Allow those living in a food desert access to local nutritious food
Foster ecological stewardship of the land.

Every week, from June to October we assemble a tasty, well-balanced assortment of the various items that we harvest that week. Subscribers share in the risks and abundance inherent to farming. Certain crops may be delayed or fail, due to weather or wildlife, while others excel. A complete harvest failure is very unlikely.
