Dale Raasch and his sons Eric and Tyler operate Bridgewater Farm. On the farm they grow 12 acres of chemical free produce using organic practices. The farm is IDALS organic certified. Besides a full range of fruits and vegetables from asparagus to zucchini, the farm produces 25 acres of alfalfa, pork, beef, poultry and eggs. The animals are all free range, drug and hormone free and fed a special diet from over 40 years of experience. The broilers and layers are organic and free range.
