We are Susanne Byrd and Bonnie Byrd, a mother and daughter operation. Byrd Farm is a fifth generation farm growing heirloom vegetables on our small, family farm. Once a tobacco farm, the land has been converted to a sustainable produce farm. We take pride in what we do and feel our quality vegetables represent us. We work hard to take care of the land and provide fresh, local veggies, from our farm to your table.

We currently have a CSA that runs from May to October. With the CSA, we deliver 10 pounds of freshly picked, seasonal veggies each week to our members. Our members also receive a weekly newsletter, informing them of what's going on on the farm, what they can expect for future deliveries, and recipes using the veggies for the week. We also provide produce to local restaurants and community folks. Byrd farm is also at the Saxapahaw Farmers Market every Saturday evening from 5-8.
