Cabbage Throw Farm

Founded in 2018 in partnership with Comeback Farm, Cabbage Throw Farm is a 3 acre market garden located in NJ's fertile Musconetcong River Valley. Proprietors Dean and Emily are young farmers who carry a strong environmental ethic and practice to growing vegetables of the highest quality. Produce ranges from salad greens, cooking greens, herbs, seasonal fruits, roots, winter squash, alliums, and more.

Cabbage Throw is Certified Organic and operates a Community Supported Agricultural Program.
The Cabbage Throw CSA Program is market-style, much like "free-choice". Visit one of the participating Farmers' Markets & shop as you please. Markets include the Rutger's Cooks Market, the Easton Farmers' Market and the Hunterdon Land Trust Farmers' Market. Memberships are available at three separate share levels; Full, Half & Mini. Depending on the level you choose, you will receive a discount between 10-15%. Memberships open in January and expire by the end of the year.
