Chicken Scratch Farm is a family farm located in Interlaken, NY, where we specialize in bringing fresh, local and sustainably-produced food to our friends and neighbors.
We farm a little over five acres of land that is certified organic, where we grow a variety of vegetables and berry fruits. We never use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides on our products, preferring to use natural solutions to enhance plant health and ensure that our products are nutritious and great-tasting.
