Parsons Family Farms CSA

We are a family owned and operated farm, our family has been farming since 1975 and have since handed down the farm to the third generation. My grand parents have worked hard to instill the values that set us apart from the competition. Our family owns and operates Parsons Family Farms and offer several different pick up locations this season. We offer shares for the entire season and we offer to late season shares, our full season share is 18-20 weeks, and you choose 16 weeks of those to fulfill your share. Next is a 12 week season that begins in August, and finally an eight week season that also begins in August. Our shares consist of free range eggs, and our full selection of fruits and vegetables that we are picking each week just for our share holders. We are unique in the way we operate our members DO GET TO CHOOSE what they get to take home, so don't hesitate to ask how this great alternative to traditional shares works!! . Eggs are farm fresh free range from our farm. Produce per week includes items which are in season for Ohio at that date. Pick up dates will be designated by which zone you live. Produce that is not picked up (unless arrangement has been made, re. vacation, illness, etc.) will be forfeited and will be donated in owners name to the local food pantry. As typical Ohio farm season goes some weeks may be heavier than others with the amount of produce received, but we will assure you that if one crop may not go great we have many others to choose from. And twice a month each share will receive some of Destiny's famous baked goods (yummy!).
