Cason Community Garden

CCG is a grass roots community garden who began in 2008. Our mission is to educate, grow and share. To date, we have donated over 5000 lbs. of organic produce to the Caring Kitchen as a way of giving back to the community. Our garden provides the opportunity for people to grow their own organic food free of chemicals and pesticides. We work side by side with others teaching them gardening skills, sharing stories, and also learning about the sustainability of our earth. It also provides a source of exercise and mental renewal. Gardening is good for the soul! Cason Community Garden is open to any citizen of Delray Beach. No experience is needed and all ages are welcome. We work with a Master Gardener who teaches us how to garden from seed to fork and guides us through the growing season. Monthly meetings,workshops & field trips ensure our success. The garden provides an opportunity to commune with a cross section people who share an interest in growing food using organic techniques.
