Mulberry Farm

We model our animal raising and gardening practices as closely to nature as possible. This means our animals are pastured from March thru November. Chickens will spend the winter with access to a hoophouse. We do not use any sprays on gardens or fruit, with the exception of occasional soapy water on vegetables or kaolin clay on fruit trees. Our poultry feed is nonGmo and soy free, locally raised grain that is milled weekly so as to maintain freshness and nutrient density. Rabbit feed is an alfalfa based pellet and our own hay. From March thru November they get pasture grasses and forbs so that consumption of pellets is negligible during that period.
